I like the fact they r transparent Abt all in process. if I could change one thing be shipping / payment process . I feel like slows delivery time.

It was placed on March 18th and shipped the same day. Since the UPS Ground option was selected and the shipment is traveling to California, the estimated delivery window is up to 5 business days. Your package is currently scheduled to arrive on March 25th, which falls within that timeframe. One thing that can make transit feel longer is that UPS does not move Ground shipments over the weekend, so while the calendar time may seem extended, the delivery is still within the expected business-day window. We know that receiving your order in a timely manner is important and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We also understand your feedback regarding the payment process. While we recognize it may not be the most seamless experience, our current payment method is in place due to regulatory requirements.
