I purchased an Oros Orion parka. Within a few years, the solar core insulation had become dislodged at one of the shoulders such that it bunches up in the sleeve. I contacted the company and they won't do anything because it's past 12 months. 12 months is a very short warranty for such an expensive jacket and for what is clearly manufacturing defect. I would encourage others to consider buying such an expensive clothing item from a company who stands by their product.
