Total Chinese Scam!! Do not buy. I purchased the Oros Eye Patch because it had great ratings and also a "No Questions Asked" Money Back Guarantee. Well here's the rest of the story. (1) The product doesn't work at all. (2) Their "No Questions Asked" money back guarantee is fraudulent. They said they require the product to be shipped back which is never stated in their guarantee so they said it's so expensive to ship back to China, they will give 35% back without having to ship back the product. (3) No where in their website or guarantee does it state the product must be returned. The product doesn't work, they don't honor their word, and it's a huge hassle to try to get your money back. I threw the product away and received 75% back. SCAM!!

I purchased an Oros Orion parka. Within a few years, the solar core insulation had become dislodged at one of the shoulders such that it bunches up in the sleeve. I contacted the company and they won't do anything because it's past 12 months. 12 months is a very short warranty for such an expensive jacket and for what is clearly manufacturing defect. I would encourage others to consider buying such an expensive clothing item from a company who stands by their product.

Scammers . You will be stuck with a subscription you didn’t order. You cannot cancel anything by writing to them. They will continue to try to debit from your account. Canceling process is a big hassle. Don’t do it .

This product was a total waste of money and did not deliver the promissed results. The "guaranteed results or refund policy" is a total joke. They said since the unused product would have to be returned to europe the shipping cost would be more than the cost of the product so they offered to allow me to keep the unused portion of the product which was only 6 of the 36 patches received and get a 30% refund. The great reviews shown for this product are probably AI generated. Don't waste your money and time on this product. If there was an option for zero stars that would have been my rating.

I ordered this product and first use caused my under eye to become irritated and formed a rash. When I reached out, I was only offered a small refund for my purchase, not the full amount for the product purchased. DO NOT ORDER. Customer service is terrible and just like any other gimmick, they want your money and once they have it, you are out of luck. DO NOT ORDER.

This company, as other reviews on here state is a total scam. They won't stop the subscription even if the product is worthless. I have never encountered a company THAT DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! SHAMELESS!

Under the eye patches loosen overnight. Dissolved "microneedle" gel mostly stays on patch noted in morning. Poor communication by company. Would be better off and cheaper just using an eye cream overnight with tegaderm over it.
