Too Big or too Small
No good if you buy internationally they will not change if the item is too big or small even if you offer to pay postage.

Order hasn't been shipped
I have ordered a jacket, and the website stated it is available. I have received an email with order confirmation. Everything looked alright, but after 30 days the order still hasn't been shipped. I have contacted support a few times, no replies. Looks like a scam unfortunately.
