Update per the request of Orlando Shuttle Service: The deposit amount charged by Orlando Shuttle Service was exactly -- and only -- the amount they said it would be. I have no issues with Orlando Shuttle Service other than the reputation of Orlando Black Car is well documented online on various sites including the Orlando BBB. Since Orlando Black Car was referred to us by their company, I expect their assistance in recovering my losses as well as better vetting of the car services they refer to their customers.

Scammy, Scam, Scam! I made a reservation through the website. After reserving I immediately realized I had input the incorrect date. I emailed the transportation company and got no response. I emailed them 3 more times and texted once. Still no response. I reached out to Orlando Shuttle Service...two days..no response. I booked shuttle with another company. Finally get a response and their solution is to book with another transportation company because the deposit is non-refundable. I explain that I have tried to get in touch with the transportation company and haven't heard back so I would just like a refund since they didn't actually do the service. The service is 3 weeks away so they haven't lost any business. They refuse to return my money and demand that I book with another company that they are associated with. HARD PASS. I try to appeal to their sensibilities and explain that this is not my fault but they REFUSE to give me my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY Update: Instead of refunding my money, they're blaming Google for taking it. You can't make this stuff up. Do yourself a favor and DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Update 2: They are claiming this is a free service but they are keeping my deposit. FYI, I never asked them to pay me to not write a review or take down a review. I asked them for a refund OF MY MONEY!! If they have almost 700k great reviews then I am confused because half of the reviews here are negative...YIKESS!! Update 3: They still haven't returned my money even though it's their miscommunication. I'm just gonna dispute it with my credit card company. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Use Viator instead. Much better communication. No robbery. Save yourself the irritation.

The website made it easy to find what I needed. I flew in from Germany and needed a driver to get me from the airport to my hotel, I thought the selection of providers was really good and the booking process was very straightforward. Will definitely use the service again. :)
