We ordered a harmonic balance puller for our 07 dodge magnum. Part was not quite the right size and we had to modify so we could get my car back on the road again. I reached out online to customer service as opposed to going through Amazon. Oh my what wonderful customer service. Really top notch. They responded right away asked a few questions and with in 72 hrs of initial message I had a replacement for it. You most certainly have made loyal customer of myself and my husband. Product looks great. But kind of sloppy after I put it on my truck. Gonna try to shim it tight.

I had ordered a tailgate assist kit for my 2024 Ford F350 on Amazon. It was missing one part. I reached out to Orion Motor Tech asking if I could get that part. They asked me for a few details & agreed to send me the part. Today the package arrived & I found not only the part… but an entire new kit! Above & beyond what I expected & fast too!

Very helpful and for my experience easy to work with, got my replacement part ordered that was not a warranty issue just a straight customer replacement part. Replacement part was received in a timely manner as the shipping and mail allowed. Overall I was very pleased with this company’s customer service and would do business with them again if needed.
