Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

This company is so great. I totally recommend Orion metal exchange. They’re so helpful and so amazing on what they do!

I had a miscommunication with my self-directed IRA where I received 595 silver coins instead of the value of the coins in cash. I did not know what to do with the coins. I did a google search and found Orion Metal Exchange. I contacted them via an online request and the very next day I received a phone call and had resolved my dilemma with the sale of my coins to Orion. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I would definitely do business with them again.

Erick Piñate was a great help. He was/ is very professional in his dealing with me a customer. He was very knowledgeable on the subject matter, in this gold, and gave me some great insight on gold. I will go back to Orion when l purchase more gold. Thank you!

Great service, I just recently started doing my research on the coin market and decided to work with Orion. After going through the process with my rep I can trust on them. It’s the communication that I appreciate the most and stood out to me. Thank you Orion.

So, I am conservative, cautious but do enjoy life in retirement! I'm in late 70's. I did a great deal of research on current companies dealing with IRA metal investments. I have bought metals since the 80's. My relationship with Michael Charles became close and trusting from the beginning. We talked several times - about life, family, raising kids, travel and investing. As we conversed over time I beg  I come from a military and law enforcement background. an to trust him more and more - not just on investing but on life.He explained every detail about this investment more than once! It was/is a big deal to me and he assured me with his answers to my many questions. I have never written a review but I can assure anyone I have full confidence in Michael Charles as well as Orion. I sleep well and better at night with my investment! Linda Whigam
