Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

This was my first time purchasing from Orion Metals and with Michael Charles. I was very pleased and found Michael to be very helpful, without a hard sale. He stayed in touch with me and followed up on every request. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael at Orion.

Because of the uncertainty of the stock market, I decided to rollover my 401K into precious metals. I did reach out to several precious metals companies, but when I talked to Michael Charles at Orion, I had a very good feeling that I would be in very capable hands. He answered all of my questions and is very good at explaining everything. He didn't rush me or try to make a hard sale. He made sure I was comfortable in making a decision. And the best part? He will actually call you back if you have any further questions. 10 stars Michael!!!!

Knowledgeable and accommodating.

Quick & easy transaction.

Great service, very responsive and able to resolve answer all questions - thank you Chase!

Our journey to disengage from the stock market began early 2023. A close friend, who had previously made the conversion from the stock market to precious metals, provided us with the initial information to begin our research and take the leap of faith to convert stock to precious metals. I delved deep into the precious metal investment market to first learn about the precious metal market and then to find a broker who was knowledgeable in the financial and metals market, who had a high trust and results rating and willing to embrace all my questions. I found that Orion Metal Exchange met all my requirements and trust. Since the transactions are not conducted face-to-face, trust has to be established through phone conversation interviews. Jacob Blalock earned my trust. I worked with Jacob and Nicholas Smith to transition our stock market invested IRA to precious metals. In terms of time lapse, the process to withdraw funds from our stock market brokerage manager to the receipt of our precious metals by the depository took approximately three months to complete. There are many business entities involved in this process. Jacob and Nicholas worked diligently to ensure all entities performed their tasks and answered my questions from beginning to end. I give Orion Metal Exchange, Jacob Blalock, and Nicholas Smith a rating of 5 stars. Subsequently, I made another non-IRA precious metals purchase working with Nicholas Smith. Another 5-star rating for this purchase and experience. I highly recommend Orion Metal Exchange as your preferred precious metal broker.

If you are looking for long term investing Orion is a great choice to suppliment your savings. The staff provides great customer service, especially my agent, Beau Turner who assisted me with a smail cash out of funds in my time of time. The process was simple and stress free, would higly recommend Orion Metal Exchange as an investment option.
