Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

I opened an account last July 2025. The company has been a pleasure to work with. Michelle Johnson is absolutely amazing. She answers all my concerns and questions. Orion Metals is great company to work with.

Service from Orion is fast and efficient. Customer service personnel are knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone on staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I've completed several transactions with Orion and each one has been pleasant.

Jacob over at Orion Metals has always give me the best price for my Metal Purchases and Sells.

I have worked with several companies that deal in this business and I can say unequivocally that Orion Metals is far and away the BEST company I have dealt with. They are honest, courteous, and reliable.

After significant growth in my Traditional IRA metals account, I transferred part of my 401k funds in. I've seen the up and downs. 4 years ago when I was panicking during the Covid Era drop in value, they reminded me of the recommended 3-5 years as the best approach. They know their business and know the markets. I was beyond excited to see well over 100% growth this 5th year. So much so, that I also traded out my Roth stock holdings for new Roth metals account. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I contacted Orion Metal Exchange in March 2020 to inquire about investing in precious metals. Jacob Blalock was very patient in explaining the process and advising how to spread our funds over several metals. Everything was so easy to handle thanks to Jacob's help. We contacted Orion March 4, 2026 to inquire about possibly cashing in some of our metals to handle some expenses that had quickly occurred. Michelle Johnson and Gloria Garcia helped us navigate the process and within 18 hours we were shipping metals back to Orion and moving some funds around to better performing metals. But I have to say that the advice that Mr. Blalock gave us in the initial conversation was worth it's weight in gold"Gold, Silver and Platinum"! Thank you Orion Metal Exchange

I first started with another company that seriously overcharged me. Leaving my account with a 41% loss. I transferred my account to ORION Metal Exchange and began working with John Blalock. John Blalock helped me with my account. He kept in touch with me regularly and informed me of opportunities to consider. My account now has profits of 350%. I appreciate John’s level of professionalism and customer service. I am extremely grateful to John for his guidance and expertise. ORION is the best place to buy and invest in precious metals. Call ORION. Ask for John! Steve

I purchased my physical Silver from Orion Meal Exchange and I must say it was a great experience. Michelle was more than helpful in guiding me through the purchase and delivery process and my Silver was delivered on a timely basis and the price I paid was a great price also. I would recommend anyone who wants to invest in Silver or any other precious metals you prefer. They are the go to place for all your metal needs!
