Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

I wanted to write this review for Orion Metal Exchange. I transferred an IRA from another company with the help of Michelle and William. Each one of them worked diligently and professionally with me. They made my experience flawlessly and within a timely manner. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge both Michelle and William.

Orion Metal Exchange came the rescue when another month named company basically stole over half the value of my IRA. Michelle advised me on what to do to get all my money back. I then received fair prices on my Silver purchase

I'm giving a FIVE STAR rating to Orion Metal Exchange for helping me rollover my TRADITIONAL IRA into a GOLD & SILVER IRA. Doing business with them has been a refreshing learning experience. I attribute my selecting Orion as my #1 choice to Michelle Johnson who offered me simple guideposts to remember in helping me narrow down my list of competing companies-- and also pointed out some red flags to watch out for. Her honest, transparent and no-pressure approach gave me comfort in making Orion my ultimate first choice. Furthermore, I commend Aubry Ochoa for her excellence in facilitating my somewhat complex rollover and making it appear easy. I would gladly recommend Orion to anyone who has any interest or apprehension about investing in gold or silver. Let them walk you through all the steps you want or need to know. You'll feel well protected and card for. -- R. Drake '26

The salespeople at Orion are very knowledgeable regarding the direction of the market as well as the coins and other precious metals they offer. The servicing of the account in all instances has been very professional and prompt. I have not had any regrets for choosing Orion to guide my purchases and sales in my IRA account.

I made a first time purchase of metals 4 years ago and deposited it to a Gold IRA. Since then I've made several transactions where Orion bought back some of the coins with no hassles at a fair price. They have also been proactive with me in recent transactions recommending some moves which have worked out. They are quick and efficient. I'm very happy with them.

Great Communication and Customer Service. Always on the top of their game. They make everthing easy and simple to deal with.

After doing extensive research and switching twice from companies I had later reservations or did not like their service approach, I was pleasantly surprised surprised with Orion Metal Exchange. John was very patient and informative without having that overly pushy sales attitude. I found out that basically do what they say and have reasonable markups on their products. I am detailed oriented and they satisfactorily answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Irion Metals Exchange if your interested in purchasing gold, silver and other precious metals for investment purposes!

We have had a good relationship with Orion Metal Exchange from the very beginning several years ago. They have always been there to answer questions or to help with any metal shipments as to exactly what to do and what to expect. Very honest and true to their word.
