So far I'm very happy with them

I have been thinking about getting into investment gold and silver for years and working with Jacob Blalock has made it easy. Very professional and informative.

I have dealing with Orion now for two years. And I have dealt with other Nationally known precious metal dealers. By far they are the best in my opinion.

I have an overall poor impression of the company when I called them many weeks to attempt to put an end to the repeated messages they consistently left me. I chose not to do business with this company based on how they handled themselves and spoke to me over the phone. That is why I would not recommend Orion Metal Exchange. UPDATE: the company repeatedly attempts to silence my negative review on this site by claiming I am a fictitious user. *All reviewers are protected under the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016 (H.R. 5111) and most importantly the first amendment right to free speech.

Working with Orion Metal Exchange is a positive experience. Every time I call, they answer all my questions and have time to explain things. I feel they honestly care about me and my investment future. The team is by far second to none, trustworthy, professional, and reliable are the things that make Orion Metal Exchange the company for investing in precious metals.

Michael Blalock was extremely professional and thorough in explaining various options for investment. More importantly, after reviewing my personal portfolio and risk tolerance as I approach retirement, he made recommendations that have proven to be the right choice for me. I am very happy that i moved some of my previous investment portfolios over to Orion under Michael's purview.

I would definitely recommend this company, but more importantly I would recommend Jacob Blalock. He not only communicate well, he connects with his clients. He is always there when I need him, even when I just have a question about the market. I absolutely believe he has my best interests in mind. I have established an account with Orion metals. I was able to take some gold coins I had.Took the profit then purchased some silver coins. I feel they will go up in value in the future. I will then be able take a profit. Everything was handled very professional. I was very happy with the results that I received from Mike and I will continue to do business with Orion in the future.
