Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

My experience with Orion so far has been good.

Was a great experience. I never bought metals before, I didn't have any idea how to do it. Michael was a great help. He took the time to explain me in detail how important was to start investing in gold and silver. Then he helped me with my first purchase and was so easy. I definitely will continue doing business with Orion Metal Exchange. I really appreciate your business.

Thank God I found Orion Metal Exchange and Jacob Blalock! Jacob helped me understand the ins and outs of the precious metals market in the context of todays socio-political-evonomic environment. He didn’t even know I had both a 401k as well as an investment portfolio that had taken a beating by the stock market. I was unsure of what to do. Everything Jacob shared was substantiated with 3rd partydocumentation. And I always say “documentation beats conversation” every time! I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and the reputation I encountered at Orion and with Jacob. So I decided to move forward with them—best decision I have ever made! I also liked how straightforward the transfering of my 401k over to Orion was and can’t say enough about Griselda who made it all easy and painless. Her friendly professionalism and efficiency, attention to detail, etc. was greatly appreciated. Please note I conducted my due diligence before even communicating with Orion/Jacob. What I found was strong positive corraborative information and reviews of both the company and its advisors which gave me much peace of mind. Lastly, I found their pricing to be more than fair and transaction fees reasonable.

Meeting Jacob on a phone call initiated by a referral from someone I know and trust (otherwise the call to Jacob would've never been made) was not only a great pleasure, but it was educational and hugely comforting, as it took a heavy burden off my mind! As I expressed my investment goals, Jacob listened and then gave me his professional insight with numerous options tailored to meeting my needs. A good listener and an unbelievable resource of important information reinforced my decision to invest in precious metals with Orion Precious Metals, Inc. Important to note is that this took place over several days, with never any sense of being pressured to invest. I spoke with several other commodities exchanges, two of which I had prior dealings, and only Jacob and his team seemed to have a sincere interest in who I was and what my needs were. After research, I decided to move forward with a couple of Jacob's suggested products, at which time I had the pleasure of being introduced to Griselda, who gave steller service as a member of Jacob's "administrative" team, always professional, enthusiastic, and helpful beyond any of my expectations. To this day, I continue to hear from Jacob on the current commodities and economic climate, and I feel like a member of the Orion family as our relationship remains dynamic and reciprocal. Based on a highly positive experience to date, I have no reservations about recommending anyone to Jacob and Orion Precious Metals!

A friend referred me to Jacob, I'm confident that I've received the information I needed and professional service to complete this transaction. I look forward to a great return on my investment.

I had an excellent experience with Orion Metal Exchange and would highly recommend to anyone. I contacted them as a first time buyer with little knowledge of the market or how I wanted to invest. Jacob was very kind and efficient throughout the transaction. He took the time to explain the process in depth and educate me on the market. I intend on returning to do business again in the future. Thank you!

Jacob, my account rep has been in contact with me and I definitely appreciate that. I now have a better understanding of my investments. I am pleased with my portfolios performance.

My contact with Orion Metal Exchange has been Jacob Blalock who has been most helpful. He rescued me from an unscrupulous dealer who not only far overcharged me but who also put me with an unmarketable coin. Jacob suggested ways to improve my investment and has always been patient to explain thoroughly. I feel he really cares about my being successful.
