Placed an order for a new PC with Origin, my first gaming pc I haven't built. I didn't know what to expect, however within a day I received an email from Eddy Hernandez who throughout the process did an amazing job of keeping me up-to-date giving me time to make changes if necessary, telling me if things were waiting parts, what stage the computer was in, etc. I loved this! Too many times you buy something and it's largely radio silence until it arrives or maybe a canned email with a tracking number. Eddy and Origin definitely have their process down and keep the customer informed and aware of every stage of the process. I'll be getting the PC within the next week, but if their initial communication is any sign of their quality - the computer will be flawless.

Ordering with Origin was very easy. I ordered one of the prebuilt rigs and researching the specs around the industry, could not find a beatable price anywhere. The closest I could find was ~$500 more expensive. But the discounted price did not seem to show up as a lesser experience. The case build was great, cable management was great. I received the PC within a week of ordering. Everything was included and the PC fired up right out of the box. Speaking of the shipping. everything came extremely well packaged in heavy duty foam. There was also expandable foam included inside the build to help support the GPU (which have gotten quite large over the years). Everything came out very easy and was intact with no obvious bends or wear from shipping. Further I was reached out to by Oliver P. with the company after ordering, and multiple times along the ordering and after order process for help rectifying any issues. I had none but it was helpful to know that they were available just in case anything went wrong. I'm very happy with my PC and would recommend them to any friend going forward.

Eddy Hernandez was great, always replied promptly and as a customer, this is my third PC from Origin and Eddy was great.

The whole experience was great. Eddy communicated every step of the process and answered any questions I had promptly and completely. If I ever look to get another PC I’ll definitely buy from Origin!

My experience with origin pc was fantastic. It took a couple extra days to ship out, but that is no problem at all. The biggest benefit is that Oliver, the person that was in charge of my order, was awesome giving me frequent updates and explaining what was going on and even checked up on it a couple weeks after shipping. Fantastic customer service. The pc is amazing and doing everything i can ask of it. Overall i would rate this a 5/5.

I came back to OriginPC for a desktop after they built me a gaming laptop years ago, and the experience confirmed exactly why. The customer service was phenomenal. Oliver was proactive throughout the whole process, keeping me informed at every stage from sourcing to building to delivery. I always knew where my rig was in the journey, which made the wait genuinely easy. He even checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it's the reason I'm a repeat customer. Highly recommend.
