I ordered my pc 27 days ago, due to financing the pc, it took this long for my order to complete. I received several emails from ORIGIN PC during this time and It was very easy to contact customer support whenever I had a question about the order. They always asked me if I had any questions before getting off the phone. The pc arrived right on time, the package looked rough on the outside (I ordered the $115 wood crate but had to cancel that part of the order) but everything runs and looks great! I have to invest in a better screen to match the new pc!

My rep was quick to respond to any of my questions. My PC did run behind schedule, but it was because of an issue with their shipment of PSUs not coming in. They also upgraded my shipping for free because of this.
