I ordered 3 PCs for the software company I am starting (Veteran Studios LLC) and they sent me updates for every part of the process. I had originally planned to with another company but they waited to 4 days after placing the order to tell me parts were in back order. I cancelled and went to Origin and the first custom machine I ordered was shipped within 4 days. They have emailed me almost ever day to tell me what part of the process each of the machines were in and the last one (because I ordered a custom cooling loop in this) is shipping today. The first 2 are both here already and have been fantastic. I’ve worked in IT my entire career and this customer support was really impressive.

The company give you lots of freebies and offers lots of support. I chose to finance one of their laptops and I just made my first payment! Everything has been a smooth process and they keep up with you and all questions you may have! I would definitely buy from them again, maybe an actual PC set up next time? ;)

Service was very good Lex was knowledgeable and straight to the point found the issue within minutes and solution recommended steps were followed and a solution was found.

I had found OriginPC through a youtuber gamer I follow and, in need of an update for a gaming laptop, I thought I would give them a go. Ordered through their website an EON17-Xv2 with a few add-ons. Layout of the website is excellent and easy to use, with good descriptions of the possible combinations to add to your build. Laptop was built and shipped on schedule and arrived on time (about 11 days in total from initial ordering to receiving). Customer support kept me informed at each stage. Arrived well packed (but not in a wooden crate as description of unpacking implied). Computer is built solidly: casing seems strong and I expect that the hinges won't break as readily as my Lenovos have suffered in the past. Slight issue on ordered software not shipping, but quickly dealt with by Systems support and software arrived a few days later. Everything set up easy.

Bought 5000D prebuilt, works well

Corsair Origin one i500 arrived very quickly. Configured as expected, simple setup, crazy quite!

Super communicative, took a while to get my PC to ship BUT they sent emails every step of the way so I knew what was going on. Haven't received pc yet as it just shipped but im confident that the packaging is sufficient (wooden crate)

Every time I spoke with a representative they responded ASAP with useful information.
