Hello i have been having trouble with the product down below, i talked to the people who installed for me and they don't quite know whats happing. So i have reached out to corsair for some assistance, and within 24 hours i have recived some help and have gotten some updated information that is new to me so i will do what they have suggested, so they can hopefully diagnose the problem. I can say with 100% i can highly recommend Corsair but this is my opinion only thank you again. Best Regards, Mark

I had received my computer back in August and got it all set up. I was having such a good time using my new computer that I forgot I was supposed to receive Black Myth: Wukong with my system. I emailed customer support about the issue and Lex informed me that the Wukong Game offer had ended. Lex then said he could send me the code for Star Wars: Outlaws. I told Lex that would be fine! Lex sent me the code and everthing worked out fine! Thank You ORIGIN PC for your help and making things right! I love my new system and am now enjoying Star Wars: Outlaws!

They provided a solution with step by step guidance to my problem. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and friendly. My PC is working well again after following their directions. I purchased it 5 years ago, and they didn't have to help me, but they did anyways. I'll continue to recommend Origin products to my friends and colleagues. The options to custom a computer was easy and helpful. As you build your computer in the upper right was estimate on how many days it would take to ship out. This helped in deciding how long you were will to wait for the build. The assigned Rep kept me informed all the way to shipping. The video of unshipping the computer was short and concise. The cable work is great!
