ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

I had an excellent experience with customer service, thanks to employees Flex C. and Eddy. From the start, they were incredibly responsive and attentive to my questions, providing clear, concise answers that left no room for confusion. When I needed to make a change order, they handled it seamlessly, ensuring that it didn’t cause any delays or disruptions to my timeline. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. Because of the exceptional service from Flex C. and Eddy, I will definitely be returning as a customer. Highly recommend ORIGIN PC to anyone looking to build their dream PC!

The customer service from sale advisor Flex, extremely helpful and answered all my question and inquiry. This is my second PC build from Origin and I couldn't be any happier. I will be ordering again in the future when the needs arrived. The only improvement would be timing on the communication, originally I have reached out to general sale people with questions but it was near impossible to get an answer, it took 2 to 4 days just to get an answer before ordering my pc.

Received my Neuron build yesterday! 9800x3d, 64gb ddr5, with a 4090... it's a freaking beast! This thing came packed with foam inside to protect the GPU and then in a box with foam and then the box was packed in a crate with even more, thicker foam... well done. Everything works as it should. I was very impressed with the attention to detail on the wire runs... it's beautiful! It's much easier to set up a game by just maxing everything out haha. Thanks Origin PC! killing it!

Honestly start to finish Origin has been amazing to deal with. Jay F. was my point of contact through the whole process! They were great and consistently kept me updated on my pc. I should be receiving it soon and I can’t wait to try it out!

I got exactly what I needed

Edited: I bought my first Origin system in 2020, and it has performed perfectly until now. I decided it was time for an upgrade, so I ordered a new PC. Sadly, it arrived with a problem that couldn't be corrected. Hey, it happens. Origin made the return and replacement effortless and provided personal attention with each step along the way. My replacement performs perfectly. I'm definitely a customer for life.

Ordering the PC was fairly easy, I ended up with soft tubing for my water loop due to my own lack of attention, they did let me change the color of my coolant after the order. Financing took a few days to process before my order started its build cycle, once started my rep Bryant V. updated me every step of the way and provided other helpful insights. His professionalism and customer care is definitely a 15/10. This is also the only reason the rating is getting a 5 star instead of a 4 star review. Drivers and Windows were supposed to be up to date, but upon startup I had to update a LOT of drivers and had a few Windows updates. Keep in mind my PC was in integration for about 2-3 days prior to shipping and I paid for overnight air so the system wasn’t just sitting in a shelf. The headset I ordered came out of the box defective, the mic will not work and I’m in the process of replacing that with Origin support at the time of this review. My last issue with my order is the XD5 Pump/reservoir was left in priming mode (switch pos. 1 of 2) which caused the pump to run at max RPM regardless of BIOS or iCUE settings. With an integration phase AND a QA phase, this is something that should’ve been caught. After testing every cable connection on the entire system, digging through BIOS and iCUE settings and finally finding and reading installation instructions on good I found that switch (which isn’t labeled on the pump unit whatsoever) and managed to fix that. This definitely isn’t the WORST issue in the world, and aside from noise levels, it might not even cause an issue for months to years down the road. However, leaving the pump on at 100% rpm does run the risk of premature wear out of the unit, and someone not as experienced in tech may not have even known.

Got a response within a few days and received the needed BIOS build for my PC after the intel processor fiasco. 5/5 rating on the support effort. However 3/5 effort on the support page having outdated BIOS available and needing to go to a ticket for what I feel should be a quick fix.
