Very satisfied with my PC build that I received, though it has only been a day. My customer sales associate was Oliver P. and he was incredibly attentive to my order. Despite saying that the PC was estimated to ship next week, I was actually surprised when it was ready and at my door yesterday! The PC arrived in a shipping crate to protect from any possible damage, and was lined with foam inserts to further secure it. This immediately alleviated a lot of the anxiety I had about ordering a custom PC, especially one with a 50 series card. Even more than that, it happened to be an FE which I actually wasn't expecting! The PC has been working great so far, and I'm looking forward to playing Monster Hunter in actual quality in 2 weeks!

Overall great costumer service. Was shipped out fairly quickly even with the 50 series gpu shortages/stock issues . Bryant was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. Communication overall was a 10/10.

I recently purchased a custom 5090 build from Origin. I am not the kind of person who writes many reviews, but the customer service and the quality of the build were next-level. Jay F was my customer service rep through the build process and I can not say enough about how well he kept me informed about my build. As we all know the launch of the 5090s has been less than stellar regarding supply. He was on top of keeping me informed on when their shipment was coming in and when to expect the build to be completed. I think we have over 30 emails worth of communication where he updated me and answered all my questions. The build itself was exactly what I specified. The packaging was great. I went with the non-crate option and it is more than enough to protect your PC during shipping. I inspected the build once it arrived. everything was seated properly and things like the thermal pad for the NVME drive were installed properly. The bios were also set up correctly with things like resizable bar enabled and the correct speeds set for the RAM and CPU. Overall, I can not recommend Origin enough.

I called in and spoke with your salesmen Bryant V. he was very helpfull and professional, answered all of my questions completely and made my first ever PC order from an online company instead of builing another one so much easier and put my mind at ease, I am typically not one to make large item purchases online. order # 648722 Thank you Bryant V. for all your help.

Flex kept in touch with me through the whole process and My first experience with Origin PC was great and everything was received in great condition and worked as expected and the wire management was immaculate.

Jay F. was my account agent and his patience helped get through some difficulties getting the order approved by my credit card provider. He did an outstanding job, was prompt and courteous and most of all patient with retrying the order.

Despite having to wait 2 months for my computer to ship out to me because of a RAM issue with the motherboard I picked out, it was WELL worth the wait. Omg! This is the best computer I've ever bought and used in my life! And I got a free set of headphones and a free motherboard upgrade for my trouble/wait time. The customer service was amazing too! They are so kind and knowledgeable. I got Eddy Hernandez as my sales person and he was wonderful! He let me know every step of the way what was happening, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend buying your next gaming rig from Origin PC! You won't regret it!

My experience with Origin has been excellent so far. The support and communication i have received from my sale rep Jay F. has been very informative and helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me updated with where they were at in the build as well as checking in and making sure everything arrived in proper working order. All was working perfectly. After I inquired about brand merchandise and ways I could represent the company,(e.g. sitckers, lanyards, etc)my sales rep notified me that they didnt currently have anything and then went above and beyond to ask management if there was anything they could do and they are sending me a free wireless mouse! From my new rig to all the peripherals I purchased everything has been flawless out of the box and high build quality. My absolute only critique would be the automated email response you receive after making your order. It notifies you that your order has been received but at not point does it tell you it's 100% confirmed or if they have started putting your order together. Albeit a minor flaw, i could see it causing uncertainty in others if it did so for myself. All together I really have to say it has been an excellent customer experience. And if this isn't the standard for every PC Builder/Reseller Company then it absolutely should be.
