The customer support, and especially Eddy H. were awesome and extremely helpful and informative with any questions or concerns I had.

I got a prebuilt from origin with a corsair mouse and keyboard. My mouse was a little faulty, so they sent me a new one without worrying about me sending back the old one. I really appreciated this gesture. Ive had my pc for about 6 months and so far so good.

I pre-ordered a complete PC system prior to the release of a GPU (5090 series). From the date of order to the shipping date, communication was absolutely phenomenal with staff at OriginPC (Oliver) giving me updates and checking in. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and completely. Super polite and informative. I paid a slight premium over what it would cost for me to build the system myself assuming I could get the components at MSRP, which at this point is impossible so the pricing was absolutely on point for OriginPC

The entire team is top notch. I worked with Flex, Oliver, Eddy, and a few others who names I didn't catch, and they were all fantastic. They got the machine together with the exact (very custom) parts we needed quickly at a price we couldn't beat elsewhere. They were communicative over e-mail and on the phone whenever we had questions or requests. They managed to customize or shipping experience to meet an upcoming deadline at what was an absurdly affordable price. The fact we were able to call up and get top notch support directly in the US, from folks directly working on our machine, was fantastic. Honestly, we're switching over to Origin going forward for our business needs.

I pre-ordered a Nvidia 5090 build about a month before release. I received numerous emails about the time frame and progress of the build all the way up until it was shipped. Computer was packaged well and I have only had it a couple of weeks but I could not be happier with this company so far. I have ordered numerous builds from online companies, and Origin is as good as any of them and even better than I hoped for.

My representative was Jay F. and he made my experience very easy and informative. He consistently gave me email updates on the processing of my PC. I did have a few questions along the way which he answered accordingly. It was a pleasure having the constant communication as it is highly important when purchasing anything. I am so glad I went with Origin PC that shows that they care about their customer!

This is my second build from Origin PC and they've been nothing but great both times. The customer service is readily available, communication is clear and they're always very helpful and transparent. I will always recommend Origin as the go-to if you're interested in buying a new gaming PC.

December 2024 Order - Placed the order early December 2024, received follow-ups on the PC build by Flex at Origin PC during each transition stage. Overall was a good experience and would be a repeat customer in the future. Took ~12 days from Order placed to PC being received.
