ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

I recently got the Origin Neuron Gaming PC, and it’s amazing. With the 9800X3D CPU and RTX 5090 GPU, this PC handles everything I throw at it—whether it’s gaming or high-performance tasks. Games run smoothly on max settings, and everything feels super fast. The design is clean and the build quality is top-notch. The wiring managment was very impressive. It stays cool and quiet even when under heavy use. I also want to give a special thanks to Eddy Hernandez for his excellent customer service. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I’m really impressed with the Origin PC and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful gaming or work PC.

Flex was great at communicating what was going on, where we were, and things that changed.

Absolutely loved the interactions with Origin PC and Eddy Hernandez. The process was very smooth and Eddy kept me up to date with parts being sourced and implemented. The packaging arrived in immaculate condition and you could see all the care that went in to make sure that everything arrived safely. The case is beautiful and all of the cables are wonderfully tucked away and organized and its sexy AF.

Process was very simply, website was easy to use. Support personel Eddy Hernandez gave me weekly updates throughout the process.

My experience was awesome! Jay F. kept me updated on my order status from day one! This is my second order from Origin, and both orders have been excellent customer service wise. My rig is running fantastic!! Shout out to Origin and Jay F. for making my Origin experience a great one!

I had to wait about a month for the 50 series GPU's from Nvidia to show up but besides that, everything went smooth. I had Jay helping me out and answering my questions regarding the process and warranties. In 10 years when I need to upgrade my PC again, Origin will be considered again.

Great customer service, answered all my questions plus more!

Smooth process and great communication. Quoted a completion timeline that seemed farther out but realistic. Updated along the way. Order came together much sooner and everything arrived working great. Will use again for future purchases.
