This is the third gaming rig I have purchased from Origin over the past 13 years, and my most recent experience was awesome as always. Jay F. was amazing - he kept me updated at all stages of the process and even helped me upgrade my CPU after my order was placed. My new PC arrived yesterday and it is flawless! I highly recommend Origin to anyone that is looking for a top-tier gaming system!

Had a great experience. Ordered my pc from Origin and Eddy Hernandez was my customer rep. He kept me posted on a weekly basis on the status of my order which was great due to the nature of the pc, estimated ship date was nearly 2 months(I ordered the pc back in early Feb). Eddy H kept weekly updates and quickly responded whenever I messaged him. When my computer showed up, it was easy to get going and love the quality of the work!

Not my first experience with Origin. Talk about quality service and products. My assigned representative Jay F was on the ball. He kept me posted on the progress and status of my build right through to shipping. He answered all of my questions in prompt fashion and showed professionalism in all of our communications. Will 100% use this company again when the need arises.

After 6 years with my custom NZXT PC build, I was long overdue for some upgrades. After shopping around various companies that offer customized prebuilds, I quickly knew I'd be going with Origin. Part selection was easy and they had a great selection of parts to choose from. They offer premium parts and although it's pricey, you do get a premium product. The build is beautiful and the team did a fantastic job. This is the cleanest looking PC I've ever had. The 3500x case my Corsair shows off the peripherals so nicely and is one of the best looking cases out there. It's running beautifully. Getting 240 avg frames on 1440 with all settings turned up to the max is something I never thought I'd see. I actually had to cap my frames in the NVIDIA control panel because of stuttering. This is due to my monitors maximum output being 170hz. Looks like I'll be upgrading my display soon for better futureproofing. With the i9-14900k and the 5070 Ti, I should be good to go for quite a while. Jay F was fantastic throughout the build process and kept me informed on what was going on with my order status. I had some delays due to the case being on backorder so he was fairly quick to answer all of my questions. Jay's service was definitely appreciated. Overall, a great job and I'm very happy with the product. Once it was assembled, it shipped out pretty quickly after that. It was shipped beautifully and fortified very well.

Ordering my rig from Origin was easy and fast! I ordered my pc on March 27th and received it on April 2nd. It took only 6 days! This was within the estimated ship date range when I placed my order. The pc was just what I ordered and expected. It was well built, the cable management was amazing: neat and orderly! I was quite pleased with my experience with Origin! I had originally ordered a new Alienware Area-51 at the end of January and by March 27th I still didn't have a machine! I waited for 3 months for Alienware to disappoint me. Origin was able to delight me in less than a week. I got a better rig (AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3d vs Intel Core 9 285k) and saved $400! Each time I had questions, I received quick and accurate responses from the Origin team every time I had a question (I was never able to get accurate info from Alienware). If you are shopping for a quality pc, with high end technology (Origin carries the best CPU's, GPU's, and other components), and you want excellent service from people who know what they're doing, Origin is an excellent choice!

It's been a great experience after all, definitely worth the long wait. Especially with Eddy H, a very patient guy who responds quite quickly.

I selected the parts I wanted and purchased my new PC. There was a delay due to my payment method, but the person in charge of my order kept me informed about the transaction status. Their name was Eddy H., and they were always quick to answer my questions. My system shipped without issue, and is working great.
