Overall a fantastic experience! Eddy was my representative, and he always answered my emails quickly, and with more information, generally, than I asked for, and was always in a timely manner. The process did take quite a lot of time, but that's not exactly Origin's fault - Getting your hands on many computer components in the current market, is a nightmare, so you can't expect anyone to be able to ship a 5090 in a "fast" timeline, unless it was a system that has already been assembled, but that's not why you choose Origin. You choose Origin for the uniqueness, the hand-built quality, and the customization you get in every build. Top quality product, using only top quality components.

The PC looks amazing, From the cable management, to properly supporting the GPU, the qd mounts on all the m.2 slots, Everything worked out of the box. I received exactly what was on my custom order, No shenanigans like some reddit horror stories suggest. I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first ordered PC I have only ever built my own, and it looks so much better than if I did it myself and without all of the hassle. Origin will very likely be my next custom purchase as well.

So far I'm extremely happy with the pre-built PC I ordered from origin. It shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived in 2 days, which was the day it was supposed to ship. That was the free shipping and it was still that fast. Build quality looks really good too with great cable management. I ordered the Neuron 3500x with the Ryzen 7 9800x3d and the GeForce RTX 5080 with 64gb of ram. Absolutely love it so far!
