ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

The ease of selecting all the hardware and components made my customization process that much more convenient. The communication from Origin Support regarding my order and its status as it made its way to me logistically, was amazing. Jay F. was my point of contact and I'm appreciative of all the contributions they made to this order. Thank you Origin!

Great Business with Origin!! Super supportive!! Fast shipping! 5 Stars for sure!

I bought two PCs from them and both turned out amazing. Both run without any issues. I bought the wooden crates for both of them and they were packed beautifully. Solid wood cage with plywood walling, tightly packed in styrofoam, and the internals were supported by this fill foam package that soothed my fears about the GPU being damaged in shipping. Wiring is neatly packed and they leave the plastic film on glass parts to ensure no scratches. When launched, the PC came pre-installed with necessary programs (NVidia, iCue, GCC, and 2 "read me" pdfs that listed care instructions and other important information.) Their customer service was very thorough, as Jay F. sent me emails for both of my PCs as they were built. They automatically gave me tracking numbers as soon as they were built and responded promptly to my questions. Not to mention, expected shipping date was the 21st for my PC and they had it to me well before then. Overall a fantastic experience, and the next time I buy prebuilt I'll be ordering from Origin.

Great options, great prices, amazing customer support, and shipping. I am very pleased!

I completed this purchase using their financing option instead of upfront payment, and wow. Such amazing and extremely helpful customer service I received! Bryant and Jake were there throughout the entire process, explaining each step ensuring I was in the loop for everything. My build even came faster than expected and even after being delivered Bryant still went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and there weren't any issues with the delivery! absolutely recommend OriginPC for anyone looking for amazing quality pre-builts and stellar customer service.
