ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

The machine (Arachnid) is amazingly over the top, and I rest easy knowing I have the full power of the best consumer hardware at my fingertips, for gaming, development, creation. I set it up with dual boot for windows 11 and arch linux. Build quality is impeccable, the chassis looks awesome and all the components are exposed. The liquid cooling setup is very cool to look at. All the ports are exposed nicely. Eddy Hernandez was wonderful to work with, and he took me through each step of the assembly process and provided clarity to the build process and shipping. The shipping itself was well done in a wooden crate; so note some tools are required to unpackage it. Origin gets a 5/5 from me!

I’m thoroughly impressed with the customer service! Flex was my contact for the entirety of the build process. He emailed me often to keep me updated with what stage my PC was in and replied every time I contacted him. The PC was built in a timely manner and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Will definitely buy from them in the future! Van G.

When there were payment issues because of unexpected card limits and address inconsistencies, Flex--the person responsible for working with me for the purchase--was very friendly and patient. They helped me figure out the causes which allowed me to ensure everything on the banking side was updated quickly. They also provided consistent updates during the build process, and the team at Origin even finished the build 3 weeks earlier than anticipated. Thank you Flex, and thank you to the whole team for making my first direct experience with Origin feel professional and well-managed.

While I didn't realize the wait I was going to have when I ordered it, I quickly got my expectations realigned with regular emails about updates on where my machine was in production and shipping. It was a pleasant experience all around. The machine is running like I would expect it to. In fact, I'm typing the review on it now. I would recommend Origin to friends, family, and anyone who wants a custom-built PC

Made getting my next gaming rig a painless process. Didn't want to try sourcing all the components myself in this environment and Origin PC was able to get everything put together and out to me in a very short timeline. I like the idea that I'll also have backup for the next couple years in case something goes wrong, though if the machine keeps working like it has been that will be unnecessary. During the process Jay F. kept me informed at every step. I'm not used to that kind of support, so while I didn't interact until the very end to basically just say thanks and ask a simple question, it was really nice to have a sort of PC concierge there making sure I was apprised of progress and keeping any anxiety related to the process at bay. Good guy. Good company. Very happy!

All my questions and concerns were answered efficently and the information i was seeking was conveyed in a timely manner

My PC was built and shipped quicker than expected. While I experienced some issues with the delivery carrier, that was not Origins isse. Jay with the customer service team was very helpful and super communicative!

I have had 2 computers built through OriginPC and have ZERO complaints about either of them. The first one is from 2017 and is still running strong with zero issues, today in 2025. The second build was stolen or went missing while being shipped with UPS. OriginPC wasted no time in building a second, entire new computer with the same exact specs as I specified to replace the stolen/missing PC. I cannot thank their team enough and am super impressed with the build quality, performance, speed and cool temps in both computers. I hope people choose OriginPC to build their computers because they will not be disappointed. Thank you again!
