My first purchase with OriginPC was back when they were quite new to the scene when I ordered a custom gaming desktop PC. Prior to that I usually built my own but I noted that the price points were to the point where ordering it custom-build from Origin was less than $100 more than it would cost me to build it myself. Fast forward to today and I have since been a repeat customer 2 more times. The latest 2 weeks ago. The computer arrived 6 days after my order, incredibly quickly, especially given that I did not pay for expedited shipping. Overall, I am very happy with Origin PC; their products, and service, are excellent. I have also recommended them to several friends and family over the past decade and all of those who have followed that advice have had nothing but positive things to say about their experience.

The agent was super helpful and had plenty of feedback without trying to sell any particular product. Very patient and understanding. I would recommend to friends and family.

Eddy Hernandez did a great job at answering my questions for a self build laptop that I'll be using for drone work. He also had some knowledge about how the main three components of a computer work together for 'bottleneck' performance issues. Thank You!

Great quality PC's that are dependable for years of working on them. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a serious work horse PC. Jay was great and sent me regular updates on the whole build process keeping me well informed on it.

Great Customer support and build exeeded all expectations even with reputation of builder. Our builder Felix was responsive and active at all times keeping us updated on the process, and the system turned out amazing!
