ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

The ORIGIN PC EON16-S V2 is a total beast. It’s built with the best "big stats" you can get right now, featuring a top-of-the-line Intel i9 processor and the new RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. Everything looks incredibly smooth on the 300Hz screen, which is a massive advantage for competitive gaming. Plus, with a huge 48GB of RAM and 4TB of storage, you’ll have plenty of power for heavy school projects and enough space to download your entire game library without ever hitting "delete." Beyond the hardware, the experience was great because of the people. Eddy Hernandez provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s a high-end investment, but with specs this good and support from someone like Eddy, it’s a machine that will easily last you through graduation and beyond. What truly elevated the experience, however, is the world-class support behind the hardware. Eddy Hernandez provided excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless, professional process. It is rare to find a machine with this level of raw power backed by a representative who is so dedicated to the customer experience. Between the top-tier specs and Eddy's fantastic support, the EON16-S V2 is a 10/10 recommendation for anyone who demands the best.

The customer service rep that I spoke to "Odette N" was absolutely brilliant and was of a great help to me. Keep up the good work!!

Odette was super patient and understanding helping me during the billing process. Oliver also helped me yesterday to answer questions regarding billing. Both representatives put my worries at ease!

the agent helped me quickly

Odette was a rock star and she deserves a raise! She was able to help me by getting my order linked to my account, and thereby prevented me from going into a full blown panic attack while trying to get some things done to file my taxes for my small business.

Customer serivice is top teir. Quick response and very good information and knew what he was talking about when it comes to desktops. Thanks, again Flex.

I ordered my second PC from Origin 3 years after my first because the experience was so good. I wanted to keep the first one for use with my car sim rig exclusively and get well rounded PC built for house use and gaming only. I reached out to their sales team and could not be happier with my experience in their help building the correct products I would need to achieve my goals. I made the order Nov. ‘25 and received it Dec. ‘25. Happy to have two beasts as my PC’s in my house. Both are perfectly suited for what they are being used for. Reach out to the sales team and they can help to point you in the right direction.

After working with Origin I will never have to find a new place for computers again. These folks are just the best. Great prices for high quality builds and stellar personalized service. Oliver was attentive, quick to respond, and keep me in loop on progress of my order during the build process.
