I was in need of a high end gaming laptop & I had great experience in my last two orders. So, I figured I would stick with them again for a third time. The order process was easy & simple, I chose my parts carefully & it gave me an estimated ship date of May 26, 2026. One of the reasons I like Origin PC is because they automatically create a support ticket as soon as you make any new order to help answer any questions you might have. My order was created on May 6, 2026 & I received it May 13, 2026. That is the fastest I have ever received anything from them as my last two orders(early 2021 for a laptop & early 2025 for a desktop) came from the eastern part of the United States but this order shipped from the same state I'm in, California! So, that was a very nice surprise! Thank you again to everyone at Origin PC!

I've built many gaming PC's for home, and bought many (thousands) of computers for work. I've never had the experience like with Origin except for high end server purchases. The PC came in a large wood cargo box. Then it was packed extremely well in an internal cardboard box and styrofoam for the outside. There was foam fitted inside the computer that kept everything secure during transit. I love the handle on top of the computer. And the build quality on the inside is insanely good. I build all my home computers and pride myself on doing a great job routing everything beautifully inside but I'm nothing compared to Origin. It's a work of art! And the performance is unreal, and it doesn't run hot or loud like all my home computers have. I'm buying Origin for home from now on.

I had some questions during the config of a system and Bryant was super helpful. He got on the chat right away and was able to answer some pretty technical questions. That gave me piece of mind right there. Ordered!

Googled '5090 pc' and saw Origin, first I'd heard of them. Ordered their Millenium PC for what I consider a great price. To verify this I added all the component costs as if I were to them buy individually and assemble myself and it came out to a couple thousand above what I paid Origin. Jay with their customer sercive department emailed me quickly after my purchase to update me on the process. I requested the addition of a second SSD and he had the ticket updated within a day. Even with the requested change they still assembeled and shipped the machine under their initial estimate, so that it arrived at my house on the day it was scheduled to leave their warehouse. I've had the PC for about a week now and am very satisfied. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Flex was a great help in getting me a rough estimate quote for a personal custom gaming pc build I want to have done in the next 2-3 months. Needed an idea where I’d be cost wise to save up enough. Very polite and professional in understanding what I wanted and what was capable.

Everything in the experience was very well done. I received my custom built PC within 8 days which was incredible. Jay F was my direct contact that provided me updates frequently during the build out phase. This was my second computer from Origin and both experiences have been exceptional!
