I've been in the program for roughly 2 months now, and I must say that I have never been more pleased with the progress I've made with the OG Aesthetics program through Kevin's great coaching. I have noticed a significant drop in my body fat and an increase in my muscle and strength, and it's all been about staying consistent and trusting that Kevin has your back to becoming the best you possible. My clothes fit different, my waist is smaller, my stubborn belly fat has decreased, and my muscles are much more toned. Anytime I have questions, concerns, or various matters to talk to Kevin about, he is prompt to respond and delivers sound advice. If you are looking for an incredible program that can take your body transformation to the next level then the OG Aesthetics program is the one for you. You will not be disappointed. Kevin is the man!

I was a former soccer player/ athlete that allowed my fitness to get out of hand. I was able to get back on track, lose weight and get in shape to a certain point, but w Kevin’s nutritional “Strategies” I’ve been able to drop to 145 lbs / 10% BF (my high school weight) which has alllowed me to take my fitness to levels I never thought I could reach again. Lost 12kgs/26 pounds in less than 4 months with the OGA program. Feeling stronger, sharper and more energetic than every before. I’m only about a month and a half in but this program has dramatically changed my body comp in that little amount of time. I am down about 15 pounds and I’ve had to start using different notches on my belt. I’m no longer over eating so I feel the extra energy and no longer have that bloated feel. Kevin has been an outstanding fitness couch and I have been very happy working with him. In January I made a commitment to myself to better myself in multiple ways and his program has really helped speed all that up. Always available for questions and plenty of resources. I’m nearing 75% and the results of it speak for themselves and I couldn’t be happier. He wants to see his clients achieve all their goals and help every step of the way.
