Kevin has been awesome to work with! He’s down to earth, easily reachable and responds quickly, and constantly offers value through his FB group. I thought I was doing pretty good at 170 and around 18% body fat. Was kind of stuck there and didn’t know how to get body fat % lower. After joining Kevin’s program and implementing his protocol I was able to get to 11-12% body fat while maintaining muscle. Very stoked with the results!

This program is a sure fire way to to get lean and shredded. The protocol is spelled out so it takes out all the guesswork out for you. If you follow this program you will get results that will improve every aspect of your life. I’ve worked with different coaches over the last few years and it’s always interesting to see how they are going to accomplish the goals that you have given them. Really appreciated the work Kevin put in to keep me on track to meet my goal in a short period of time not only do we get where I wanted to be but his constant follow up after our program ended was really showed his interest in my well being. Kevin as an individual is a genuine, motivating and helpful guy and the program he put together is nothing short of spectacular. When I first signed up, I was certainly skeptical but quickly learned the benefits far surpassed any skepticism I had. To date, I have lost nearly 40 pounds and still going. I thought 15-20 pounds was going to be where I bottomed out so was really surprised to figure out I had been carrying that much more. I was going through physical therapy on a regular basis for knee and back pains but have since been told by the physical therapist I had improved so much that they didn’t feel I needed their services any longer. Inflammation went away, flexibility came back, and quality of sleep improved. My energy levels feel the same as they did 20 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the current progress I have made applying Kevin’s programming to my life. Kevin is an excellent coach, he reached out to me through a mutual fitness page we were a part of. I was stuck in a plateau in both strength and diet, losing weight while crashing my metabolism and energy. Gaining no strength and even moving backwards. I wasnt necessarily ready to commit to a trainer when he reached out. However, I am glad he convinced me to give him and his program a shot. Within the first week my energy rebounded, I was making PRs in my exercises even while still CUTTING. Confidence and self worth shot up too. Kevin doesnt just speak his program, he lives it. Kevin is a great coach for both nutrition and exercise. He kept me motivated and on track and helped me exceed the goals I had set for myself. It wasn’t easy but it wasn’t a major struggle either, the changes were doable and gave great results. Highly recommended.
