Great support always friendly

First of all: Great customer service! These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Thanks! The service itself is well built, seems robust (although a tad bit on the slow side), and has all the basic tools you might need to get on top of your web analytics. I picked up the tool since it allowed me to view complete customer journeys (including multi-touch funnels), and not only last click attribution. The solution for tracking clicks and visits is intuitive and makes it easy for people who don't know coding to set up valuable tracking. Our site is a single page application which has made it difficult for our tech team to set up robust tracking. I managed to solve this with the help of Oribi's click tracking though. I check Oribi every day at work and use it to compare how we're doing overtime. This is also where my biggest gripe with the software shows. Time series aren't very well displayed (the only graph I've found is under Revenue for ecommerce) meaning I can't really see change over time. The software has a nice section that shows me comparative change for a few metrics, though, which in part makes up for the lackluster graph support. I suppose I could pair Oribi with Google Data Studio or Klipfolio, or something, but being able to create simple line graphs might be an interesting feature for the team to add in the future. Overall I recommend Oribi for those who need a wider picture of web performance but don't want to or can't set up a hard coded tracking system and to anyone who isn't super geeky when it comes to analytics.

I looked into Oribi after watching a pleasant YouTube video but when I visited their website I was stunned at how expensive it is for a small business. That's a big "No Thank You" from me then.
