If you are an international customer do not buy from this company. If your shipping is lost they put all the responsibility on you to chase up the item and file a claim yourself. Something the company should do. Never purchasing from them again because 2 months later, I still have no products and no refund. Horrible.

I ordered a hair product and when it got to me I did not notice it was the wrong product. However, when I emailed the company about the situation all I’ve gotten is the response is we will look into a resolution and that shipping is delayed they can’t tell me a date of when I’ll get the right order. It’s crazy to me because it’s now been 7 days but I can’t get a date on when I’ll get the correct order? And I’m a consistent client who orders their products

Ordered from them multiple times since 2017. Take their hair quiz to find your porosity. Products arrive well packaged in a timely manner. Pleasant natural smell (no artificial perfumes) and they make your hair feel SO soft.
