The products are wonderful but I had to give the company one star for their lack of customer service. I’ve been waiting for a call back from a manager for two weeks in regards to a subscription that I canceled but they still sent the product out. I returned the product that was sent. never opened the box. I took to the post office and put return to sender. I still have not heard from a human being yet in regards to my refund request. All complaints and problems are handled by A.I. Horrible way to do business. Don’t order from here if you value your coins because this company does not respond to anything!!! Never again!!

I ordered the hair grow oil from this company for the first time and when I received the oil, the bottle was not secured. I also do not like the fragrance. I emailed them about returning product but they said all sales are final. I didn’t see this before ordering the product but I will never order from them again.i am very leary of using products that are not sealed.

I was initially excited to order from this company as their website promised excellent hair care, organic, etc. So I placed an order for the first time. Well, first impressions definitely do last because I will NEVER order from them again. First came the UPS issues, then after emailing them, no reponse whatsoever. After WEEKS of waiting for my products to arrive... nothing! So... they took my money and that's it? There's a name for that. Why is this company still in business? I wish I had read the reviews first.

Same as other reviews They are quick to take your money but never send you anything and never respond. No tracking. Completely done with this brand. Plus no refund. Don’t buy clothes or anything

I like the products but their customer service SUCKS. Ordered $150 worth of overpriced hair care. UPS had issues. Told me to reach out to sender. Sender takes forever to reply and is USELESS with assistance. They showed me information I already have access to like that fixes the issue or answered my question. Hello! I can read the tracking info you don’t need to resend it! Lololol. Must be ran by idiots. Do not recommend this company.

Wasted 2 years with this company. The products didn’t work for me at all, I really tried to stick to it. Ended up with cms thick dandruff stuck on my scalp. Used to order from the UK so it wasn’t exactly cheap.

Ordered stimulating scalp beverage from them almost two months ago, didn't receive anything yet and they're not responding to my emails.

Horrible! No products came and no refund!
