The composts were not delivered within the time stated on the website (ie 2-3 days) this happened twice

Website kept emptying basket. Then managed to complete order and pay, but received no notification of order. Sent email, and informed that there was no order, even though it was present on logging in in my account. After several emails over several days, the matter was resolved and the seeds arrived despite no notification of order or expected delivery

I ordered garlic from the Organic Gardening Catalogue and when it arrived it was rotten, soft and green. I contacted customer service and they agreed to deliver another batch. But when that arrived, it was also rotten, but even worse. When I went back to customer service about this, my options were 1) a refund or 2) essentially 'we'll have another go'. A refund doesn't balance out two consecutive batches of unusable produce, and I do not trust their ability to deliver this product to an acceptable standard. I won't be using them again.
