Get a different courier company!
The bare rooted plants spent more than 48 hours sitting at the courier's delivery depot waiting for the "next available driver". What's the point in selling bare root plants if you can't get them delivered when they have a chance to survive?

No sign of the plants and no…
No sign of the plants and no communication apart from the email this morning asking me to review my ‘purchase’. I ordered the plants on 04/04/25, supposedly being despatched within 72hours. I waited until this morning, 11/04/25 to email for an update and the reply I received was they aim to respond to emails within 48 to 72 hours, so I’m not holding my breath….

I was very disappointed to order my tomatoes and be sent a free delivery offer the next day. I would have saved the quite expensive delivery charge. Was this a marketing ploy or a coincidence?
