I feel guilty writing this as I have been a customer of theres for many years, espacially in the early days when they were called Chase Organics. The positives - delivery is lightening fast. I phoned on Monday momrning and placed an order then phoned in the afternoon to amend it and was told it was already sent! It arrived on Tueday! An order was once delayed by yodel but thats not Chases fault. My problem is that nothing with them ever changes. Theres is nothing new or inovative, unlike other companies who always try to keep you interested. I find the web site to busy. When I complained about it I was told they do the site and the catalog in house but both are poor and they really need a good deisnger. The catalogue and the web site isnt even laid out in alphabetic order! I've had catalogues with the wrong phone number printed aswell. The seed variaty is good and the prices are competative with rivals but there catalog does not excite me like everyone elses does. I am only saying this because I like them and I want them to still be here in future years and not go bust for not making an effort.

Organic products from this company are second to none and they supply items that you just can't buy elsewhere. The beneficial effect of their seaweed products on garden plants is outstanding. Wouldn't use anything else, BUT . . . Their delivery service is dreadful. I've waited nearly two weeks for an order to arrive and when Yodel got here this afternoon, of the two items I ordered, one is 'to follow'. There has been no email from the company to tell me when I'll get the rest of the order, and in this day and age, that's really not good enough.

Wide product range, fair prices, quick delivery, but uninspiring catalogue and website.
