The best customer service you could possibly ask for!
My first experience of ordering from the Organic catalogue Company has been excellent. I rang up yesterday to order a product that I'd seen on the website, which I was anxious to start using on my specimen conifers as soon as possible, to save them from being decimated by an onslaught of aphids. Sensing my desperation, Carolyn, the very friendly and helpful member of staff taking my order, offered to deliver the order to me personally that same day, on her way home from work. Which she duly did, bless her :-) Now that's what I call customer service! It may have been my first order, but based on that experience, it certainly won't be my last.
