Organic catalogueReviews of organiccatalogue.com

I recently embarked on my gardening journey, and I can't express how transformative this experience has been. The comprehensive guide that came with it was invaluable, offering detailed instructions on how to plant and care for each type of seed. Within weeks, I saw my garden flourish with vibrant tomatoes, fragrant basil, and colorful zinnias. The satisfaction of harvesting my own vegetables and herbs is indescribable.

Amazing customer service by Lani. Helped me with an order over the phone as there was a bug on their order page that was secured by my security software and I wasn't able to complete the purchase. Have to say that their seeds and sets are superb. My friend bought some earlier this year and the Sturon onions and Kelvedon Wonder peas have grown amazingly well. Considering the postage on my order covers 3 different deliveries, I think it is well priced and thanks again to Lani who totally excelled at customer service. 5 stars and will definitely use again!

The quality is on par with what is being advertised and we are satisfied. The support was a lot of help when selecting what we needed. Thanks again.

There was a website issue, by email I was asked to call them. Which I did, I got through to the same person that emailed me, Nikki, she was so helpful and friendly and efficient! Very please. Excellent 👍

The organic catalogue looked like the perfect site for buying organic seeds. No other site i found offered this variation of organic seeds usually it was the odd two or three organic seeds. When I bought from the organic catalogue I didn’t read the reviews (if I did, I definitely would not have ordered from here) but despite many people with bad reviews about missing or dead plants mine were perfectly fine, and on time too. Once I read the reviews I was regretting placing my order. Possibly it was as I only ordered seeds and I didn’t order any big packages of live plants, but they came, healthy and on time. I think the problem here could be their delivery service, whistl. The organic catalogue dispatched my order in exactly 28 hours (4 hours more than they said they would but to me that doesn’t matter as long as they delivered to me before a week as they said they would, my seeds were delivered in 5 days) however whistl was very fast to get my delivery from bristol to my local whistl warehouse but once it reached there i had the message, “Handed over to Royal Mail”. This was the problem on the whistl reviews too where whistl do not deliver to houses and therefore transfer the parcel to royal mail (or hermes) therefore losing all tracking information and some lost deliveries. At this point I was very worried that my delivery would not come at all but to my surprise, a few days later it arrived. I think whistl is the problem here with missing, late and dead deliveries and to the organic catalogue if you read this, I’m sure that people would rather pay the extra pound or two for a better delivery service that at least secures their deliveries. Even if delivery costs more I think that’s a good trade-off if it means that people get their packages in the end.

I'd like to say a huge thankyou to this company for sending my seeds out so quickly ! Ordered Wednesday, Dispatched few hrs later and theyve arrived today (Saturday) . Excellent service , considering many ppl are using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service! Whilst other big named seed companies take atleast 3 weeks before your order is dispatched never mind delivered !

First time ordering, lots of choice regarding seeds and other products. As I am new to all this needed advice regarding varieties suitable to sow now, got a very prompt response and was incredibly helpful. Prices were good and my order came quickly. Will definitely order from them again.

I had ordered x2 very large netted tunnels, 2 weeks in advance of use. Unfortunately due to some form of computer glitch, and the fact that the company was moving premises at the time, my order had not been processed correctly. On the day before I was due to use these items to help fundraise for the Royal British Legion, I contacted the company and spoke to the owner explaining what I needed the items for and that I had not received them yet. After the company searched for a courier service that could possibly deliver by 10am the next day but with no luck. I then received a text message from the owner to say he was on his way and within 2 hours I had my items at my front door. Due to DAVID's OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I managed to raise £350 for the POPPY APPEAL that weekend. If I was a true gardener, I would have NO hesitation in ordering from this company in the future.
