Excellent plant quality and responsive customer service. The only reason for not giving five stars is the slight delay in receiving the full order.

Came when said it would. Soil dry
Response from Organic catalogueJun 19, 2025
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your order arrived as expected. We appreciate your comment regarding the dryness of the soil on arrival. During warmer periods, despite our best efforts, plants can occasionally become dehydrated in transit due to higher temperatures. We continually review our packing and dispatch processes to ensure plants remain in the best possible condition, and your comments will be taken into account as part of that process. We hope the plants have settled in well, and we look forward to the opportunity to provide a five-star experience next time.

Plants came on time. out of twenty plants three failed but pretty cost effective. I would prefer delivery during the week but understand that most would want at weekend to plant.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad the plants arrived on time and were cost-effective. We're sorry to hear that three plants didn't make it. We'll consider weekday delivery options in the future. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

Plants arrived quickly. The boxes they were packed in were fairly robust. What has let this company down is using Yodel for delivery. Half the plants were out of the plastic tray in both parcels. Looked like boxes weren’t handled properly by delivery company. Managed to salvage 3/4 of 30 plants. Just hope they grow!

I love the organic seed company but it is expensive to buy just a few seed packets so that is a deterrent. If there was free postage on lightweight items I would buy much more
Response from Organic catalogueSep 30, 2025
We appreciate your feedback and are glad you love our organic seeds. We recognise that the cost can add up when purchasing multiple packets. We'll consider your suggestion about postage for lightweight items to improve your shopping experience. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.
