Something has definitely changed, they took my money for a product they could not supply. I did not notice initially as I'd ordered a few things, as I did annually, when I realised nothing was coming after 2 weeks I contacted them -only then did they say they would refund. If I had not contacted them clearly I would not have got a refund - or my order !! From reading other recent reviews I note alternative Companies have been mentioned, which I will now try.

I am a first and last time customer. Poor service and communication, it seems 3 different companies deal with the one order, organic catalogue / Dobies / Sutton seeds. Items showing in stock on ordering from website not in stock. Split deliveries and what topped it for me is an email telling me a cheque was enclosed for my refund.... I payed paypal and how the hell do you get a cheque in an email ! Recieved 6 out of 11 items ordered less one out of stock but no mention of timescale when rest will arrive. Let's hope I don't miss my planting slot when others arrive. Yes I've contacted them a number of times but no joy, still waiting for info on dispatch of remaining items and refund . In the third week now, not impressed. Update 16/3/18 : recieved one packet of seed yesterday and one today just two more to come at a time convenient to the supplier........... Recieved my refund at the beginning of the week, obviously it must have been hand couriered round the world before I eventually recieved it.........

Still waiting for the rest of my order placed two weeks ago. Have emailed a couple of times but still no response. Have ordered from them every month this year and it's been the same story every time. Their prices are competitive but the slow delivery and poor response rate make it all just too much trouble. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Dear Mr Marner Thank you for your review, I was sorry to hear of your disappointing experience. Having checked your order history, I can see that your first order was dispatched 5 days after receipt, the second 3 days after receipt, and the third was 2 days after receipt. All were within the 2 - 7 days we specify in our terms. The delay on your recent order was caused by the outstanding items going through their germination tests. These tests are necessary to ensure all our seeds are of the highest quality. I have found your Email which was sent to us on 10th April, and our reply on 11th. I am sorry that we failed to update you on the status of the two outstanding seed varieties, and we will make every effort to improve our communication. With regards David George
