Raspberries look rather sad on arrival, still waiting for them to perk up

I ordered 12 tomato plants which were dispatched as two separate orders. The first arrived about a week ago, but the second, while apparently in transit a day later, have still to arrive. The six plug plants were much smaller than expected, and three were curled almost in half. I potted them straight away and they are nearly straight now, but this should never have been an issue.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your tomato plants. We are sorry to hear that one of your orders is delayed and that the plug plants were smaller than expected, with some arriving curled. We'll review our processes to prevent this issue in the future. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

Strawberry plants eventually arrived 6days after dispatch. Whilst the plants were in a plastic bag it wasn’t sealed very well and the plants were very dry. I’ve planted them after a soaking, whether they will be any good remains to be seen.
Response from Organic catalogueSep 30, 2025

Strawberry plants look good, but Communication from organic catalogues was terrible. Delivery information update also terrible. Unsubscribed but keep getting promotional emails.

Ordered organic Charlotte potatoes, but received non-organic ones without any explanation (e.g. ‘difficulty sourcing this year’) or apology. On looking back in ‘Organic Gardening Catalogue’ only 5/30 seed potato varieties were organic this year (!), which is not particularly impressive. Other items, e.g. broccoli were nearly all organic, though, to be fair.
Response from Organic catalogueSep 30, 2025
We appreciate your feedback and regret that you received non-organic potatoes without explanation. We're sorry for the lack of communication regarding the limited organic seed potato selection this year. We'll review our processes to improve clarity and ensure better stock availability. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.
