We're truly sorry to hear about the disappointing condition of your bean seedlings, especially given your many years of gardening experience and your past trust in our service. It’s clear from your comments that the plants you received fell far short of the healthy, vigorous standard we aim to deliver. While we’re pleased to hear the packaging was sound, it's unacceptable that the seedlings arrived yellowing, leggy and damaged. This may have been due to delays in transit or unsuitable growing-on conditions prior to dispatch, but either way, we understand how frustrating it must be—particularly when you intended to share the plants with others.
