My order is sitting in packing. No reply to my email. Called and got friendly customer service person who is unable to refund my money without authorization as its over £50. Will call me back in a couple of days with authorization??? Un-heard of. Unbelievable. Contacting my credit card company.

I have tried to order from this company twice and they have let me down twice. I would give them zero stars. They are not fit for purpose. Twice bitten, never again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They keep sending unwanted daily emails. They do not respond to my request to stop and take me off their distribution list. Never had any response from their customer services. AVOID!

Poor customer care and lack of value for us Having been a good customer for the last two seasons, spending a fair amount of money on seeds and products. This year, I called to add something onto my order. In the process one of the team accidental cancelled my strawberry order (that I've been waiting for since January). There was no apology, no one got back to me even though they said they would, no offer to amend their mistake. I’ve cancelled my account and will not buy from them again. Really disappointed. Maybe they are so busy they don’t care and I will not support that attitude

After over 25 years of shopping with the organic gardening catalogue I am disappointed in their decreasing service since Dobbies took over. This year I placed an order January including seed potatoes, I was told the seed potatoes were sent out to me mid February and I am still waiting. I have now been told that there are no potatoes and they will refund me leaving me with no seed potatoes. Whist the customer service team try to be helpful the managers have no consideration for loyalty or willingness to speak with me.

Purchased their eco bamboo compost pail as Christmas gift and unfortunately the pail itself was cracked and broken. It appears that the quality is rather poor. Furthermore there were no pieces in the package yet it came as it did, so I can only assume they knowingly or unknowingly sent me a defective item. Suffice it to say that this experience has given me a poor impression of them, and will likely not purchase from them again.
