I ordered my vegetable plants through organic catalogue..great service all arrived as informed BUT simply appalling plants..broken stems, plants not in their root ball, dead plants dehydrated or over wateted. The issue would be resolved with some basic care and toatally different packaging which is more safe, stable and transportable. I order plants from other providers and have never gad such a poor experience. It is clear they know its a problem as when I rang up they refunded me without any questions. I would not recommend this firm nor would I buy again from them.

Appalling - that a company known for it's terrible service should then try to disguise itself via another website and name. I ordered, no confirmation of purchase for 3 days, then sent 1 item with a load others to 'follow' and this is just for seeds!! I've requested a full refund and made a dispute with my bank for full refund.

Really bad service. I swore last year I wouldn't use them again after my tomato plug plants were incorrectly packaged and all arrived broken in half. No replacements available. I have recently ordered some ferrous slug pellets. 1st order never received packaging or shipments info, replacement order not initiated until 4 days after request, still hasnt been dispatched. Customer service poor. Use Real Seeds Catalogue for seeds and buy everything else from a garden centre. The service you will receive here could not be worse.

Plants sent piecemeal, they arrive in terrible condition, dry and shrivelled. Impossible to talk to customer services which just seems to be a massive broadcaster of tedious ambient music. Save your money and temper by avoiding these clowns like the plague.

I have purchased seeds and products from this company for more years than I care to remember but this will be the last. Since being taken into the Sutton's empire the quality, availability and service has plummeted to the depths. Don't waste your time and money ordering from this company.

I am regular customer and usually everything is fine but this time they have sent me wrong order. that can happen. but i have sent several emails that are just being ignored ! absolutely disgusting customer service!

Organic Gardening Catalogue used to be a reliable company, but then they got taken over by Suttons. I persisted making orders for a while, but they're now so appalling they really deserve zero stars. They'll say they have items in stock, but it's not true. Even with items they email directly you to promote - they'll take your money and you won't hear from them. You'll get an email long after the estimated delivery date giving you another date 4-8 weeks in the future. After that comes and goes you'll get another, and so on. If you're lucky your order might eventually turn up many months later, but more likely they'll eventually issue a refund claiming supply issues. Forget trying to contact them because customer service is non existent. They truly deserve all the terrible reviews on here

Not surprised to see such poor reviews. Organic Catalogue is branding for Suttons Seeds. I've had plants on order, delayed, delivered dead... I'm 2 months in to trying to get my money back. They've had the order details, asked for photos, and the latest email asked for the names of the plants. Just trying to string it out. Avoid this company.
