Great service
I ordered two earpieces (snake and lightning bolt) at Øreylo which arrived two weeks later. Sadly, one came broken inside its package, the pin that goes through the ear was lose. I examined the other, and for me it didn't look it would last long; also, I have big ears and the remaining bolt was way too short, most of the pin was visible and it just didn't look as good as advertised. I got in touch and attached a photo of the broken snake and I got to choose between a refund or a free extra pair. I'm very happy how this went, but very sad that the jewelry doesn't work for my ears.

Beautiful earring and exceptional customer service
I love my earring. It’s a nice quality and comes in a beautiful box. I was confused about their buy one / get one. Their support was exceptional and got it fixed for me with no fuss.

Honestly, after finding out the jewellery wasn’t steel, especially at £30 I was a little disappointed, but they look stylish and arrived quickly. I’d just keep them away from water…

Unique products and excellent customer service
Truly unique products that I get compliments on every time I wear them. Customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful! They actually read your email and write out a response (unlike other companies that just use a set response, oftentimes one that doesn't make sense to your inquiry). Very happy with Oreylo!

Fantastic earrings and fantastic service!
I love all the earrings I've gotten from Oreylo, and I'm up to three pairs and four singles. In the last order, I made an error in my order and there was an additional error in packing up my order. Oreylo's fantasic costumer service not only immediately correct the mistake they had made, they corrected the mistake I had made without charging me for the 20$ difference! They also declined my offer to return the incorrect items and let me keep everything free of charge! I'm extremely happy with my order and look forward to buying more.
