I had reached out a few times about shipping issue and she was very quick to respond, she took personal responsibility and helped me every step of the way. She went above and beyond what I had expected and she, and the rest of the team were very quick to solve any issues and answer my questions. The experience was great but the product needs to be longer or have longer options available. I guess my ears are larger so when I put it on the stud part does not stay in the pierced home once it is hooked on the top of my ear
