Beautiful product and perfect packing and smooth delivery

Since seeing this review the company has kindly agreed to a refund. The site does say one size fits all which it clearly doesn’t, hence I’m leaving this review in case it’s of use to anybody else. So after deliberating for a long time since these aren’t cheap I decided to go for it. Ordering process was easy and although they took a little longer than expected to arrive, I was over the moon when they did turn up. Then I opened a box and went to try one on. Not even close to being long enough to fit my ears. I checked all five that I ordered and they’re all the same length. At no point did any of them go in my ear - they don’t reach the hole for my piercing. I don’t have little ears but they’re not over large either. I do feel the length should be published online because that would be very helpful. I really really wish they were longer because they’re beautiful!

omg they are so cute and not too heavy or anything like that. im not sure how much i like it when the bar sticks out from behind my ear when it goes thru my lobe, but that's definitely something i can ignore when the designs are so beautiful. i even got a mystery one with my purchase , and it's super cute! good quality and safe packaging.

The earrings are eye-catching though subtle. Lightweight and comfortable. I have older ears with stretched piercing holes and the earrings lay perfectly. Thank you.
