Delivery was quick, the packaging was great and my granddaughter loved the earrings.

I thought I lost my new earpiece hours after putting it on. I was sad but assumed short of begging and giving a sob story, it was gone. But when I got home and looked in the mirror, it had gotten hooked into my hair (dreads)! I was so happy! I have loved the expedient shipping and variety of options. I almost gave up buying it when I didn’t figure out the right way to choose the 3 extras. But luckily I tried again with a clear head and figured it out!

The earrings were beautiful, but the posts are not as long as they appear on the ads. Either that or my ears are extra long, which I don't believe.

I had ordered a single hook earring under the buy 1 get 3 offer. When I couldn’t trace my package, I wrote to Oreylo’s customer service and I got prompt assistance from them. They were very helpful and I finally got my earrings after 20 days. But it was worth the wait. The earrings are gorgeous and of very good quality. The packing is also very impressive. Wirkt billig. Ohrringe halten überhaupt nicht an Ort und Stelle wenn man sich einmal durch die Haare streicht. Rückgabe ist natürlich auch nicht möglich wenn die Ohrringen ausprobiert wurden. Ein totaler Fehlkauf.
