The customer service and product was great, the only reason I am not using Ordering is because the business was awaiting licenses and the cash flow went dry. The features are rich, and great content to start online ordering quickly and hassle free. Seamless integration with PayPal gets your money instantly!

I have been working with Ordering.co now for 6 months and I can firmly say that their software and capabilities are unmatched anywhere else in the online food ordering sector. Let’s start with ordering.co from the first time we tried them. They had bugs here and there I wouldn’t hide that but they still make it a point to upgrade and make things user friendly especially for customers end. In the beginning I used to get frustrated using the system because it wasn’t user friendly but I think everyone would have the same problem being new to a system. After a few months I noticed the extreme changes that are done in the ordering.co system where it couldn’t be done by the current platform were using. I have tried getting my developer to get things smoother for customers but always get a reply of needing more time to change this and that and also not getting back with the issues brought up on time. This delays a lot of our time as business owners because as business owners our main priority is our customers. Customers is always the heart beat of any business I would say and congrats & kudos to ordering team you have made things better within just few days I would say. Keep up the good work and looking forward to having a well integrated reliable, easy to use system of course with good support. These guys will chase you instead! Find it rude but they are doing their job at the end of the day going through proper processes.
