I would like to politely, and friendly disagree with you because I asked you to give us a review. First, our pricing is 100% public, and our comparison tables show the differences between packages, they specify that if you need extra features, you can always (optionally) buy additional features from the marketplace. They also determine what they include and which features are not included. With this I want to explain nothing is hidden and we allowed to cancel, upgrade and downgrade at any time. We offer full customization services for front-end back and design. We have an API that can be connected to any software out there. With this, I would like to explain that anything that you want is possible. Also, in your specific case, once you have requested a cancellation, I wrote personally to offer free help to get your wishes done without any extra costs. You rejected the free help, plus, after the cancellation I sent a 50% discount off to your first membership in case, you decide to come back. I think as a company; we have done all we can to make you happy, we have respected all support times, charges, cancellations and we have gone "the extra mile" with gifts and offerings. For us, of course, it is always important to put the facts and the transparency of our company out there. We wish you the best as always and thank you for this five starts review! I am on my 4th month using the platform. I am NOT a developper nor do I have ANY kind of skills when it comes to coding. I find that the platform is quite user friendly and when I get stock, the team ALWAYS guide me with appropriate help center article OR simply support me through the process. They have looked after us if bugs were reported and took the time to answer our numerous questions when in doubt. I haighly recommend the platform for what it can accomplish but more over the incredible customer service and after sale support. We feel secure and well taking care of.

Hi, This is the first time that i m going to give my review for any site and reason is that these ordering.co deserve this because they are contributing in societ not only as great service provider but also by helping society members to fight with their health issues without asking any kind of proof. Let me summarize my story I purchased their service 2.5 months ago $399/m but very next day i got accident and was hospitalized for almost two months. And in these two months i was charged $399 twice bt i hadn't done any thing with their service and i was worried that my $800 had gone waste and i wrote an email to their support and told them my whole situation. Guess what then? Alonso, the co-founder of ordering.co, emailed me and asked me for my health and said he was sorry to hear that. And he said that they will give me those $800 as credit to buy extensions of their app from their market store. Alonso didnt ask me to provide any proof that i got accident. They are professional. They are loyal. They have quick response. They have innovative ideas. They are what they are. They acknowledge new ideas. They are simply too good. And i wil prefer their services to any one. Regards

The sales service is pretty good, they explain everything The system has a lot of potentials, there some bugs but it seems there is a support to get those bugs out and lately the system seems more stable The support is very responsive and you always get an answer, you might not get a resolution on the first go but generally, there is always someone to talk to, which I think is very important Thanks Cheers
