We are not open yet with the business, but first impressions with ordering.co are great. Platform is easy to use also for non-tech, and there are all features to get you started even with smallest packages. Obviously costs might ramp up if you don't do some tweaks yourself and ask ordering.co to make modifications, but there is good documentation and support to help with that. Also the CSS management is easy and well planned. Support by the team is great, and in particular I am impressed by Alonso (the co-CEO) who is answering questions and solving clients problems round the clock. We still have to test most of the features, but I can say that so far we saved ages and money in development for an MVP that actually looks very good already. Looking forward to growing the business with them!

I had a great experience with ordering.co. I'm working on a startup, but wasn't sure if the ordering.co platform was right for me. It's fairly easy to use, but is probably best if you have a tiny bit of coding experience, or have someone on your team that does. Since I didn't have coding experience, I'm going with another software solution to help with all the customization I'd need (although they do provide this). Ultimately, I asked to cancel my trial of ordering.co and they did not hassle me at all. All i had to do was fill out a 3 question survey and I received a full refund. This company is very transparent around their pricing, let's you try their product, and if you don't like it, they give you no hassle for a refund.
